Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NETPRO MARKETING INC ("Moore To Living," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, opt in to our content, or book a call with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, opt in to a video or resource, or book a call. We also collect information automatically as you use the Services, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, using cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the content, videos, and resources you request;
  • To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and appointments;
  • To send you the emails and text messages you have consented to receive;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Your Mobile Information

We do not sell, share, rent, release, or trade mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for. This applies without exception, including to partners, trusted third parties, and lead buyers.

How we get your number. Only from you. You enter it yourself on a Moore To Living form or page and check the consent box. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or append phone numbers, and we do not message anyone who has not given consent.

What we send. Informational and customer care messages from Moore To Living: the information you requested, wellness product updates, and appointment reminders.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to end them. We will send one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in section 11.

After you opt out. We keep a record that you opted out — your number and the date — for as long as we operate the messaging program. We are required to keep it: it is the only way to guarantee we never message you again. That record is used for nothing else.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Email Communications

When you opt in, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will honor your request promptly.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Services and to improve performance and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Services function.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services — for example, our CRM and page platform (HighLevel), email and SMS delivery providers, scheduling tools, and analytics providers — only to the extent needed to perform those services. As stated in section 3, mobile information and SMS consent data are excluded from all sharing and are never disclosed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Opt-out records are kept as described in section 3.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
